Very good and always busy never a boring moment! Long hours but worth it and lots of support from managers. I enjoyed dealing with customers first hand and working across many different areas of the business.
Really enjoyed the team I worked with, always meeting new people within the business too. Managers always supported throughout placement year.
Monthly 1 to 1s very helpful, support from line manager and area manager. Every colleague wants to see you succeed and always lends a hand.
Most days were very busy which I enjoyed, and its never long hours of sitting at a desk so always something going on.
Lots of responsibility to manage customers and areas of the business on your own
very helpful and great way to increase teamwork, customer service and communication.
