About You
I throughly enjoyed the day, I was able to learnt a lot more about Dentons, beyond the website. I enjoyed the talks, and the negotiation exercise. I was really able to get a better insight into the firm.
I felt very valued, everyone was really friendly, the Graduate Recruitment team seemed really nice. They were very open to answering any questions that I had.
During the negotiation exercise for example, there was a Trainee Solicitor to overshadow the exercise. This was helpful, as myself, and my team were supported throughout the exercise.
The Company
The day had a very good structure, good amount of breaks and a great opportunity to understand the firms work, and their vision for the next five years.
I really enjoyed it, everyone was friendly, and very approachable. I didn’t feel uncomfortable throughout the day at all.
I gained a better insight into what it would be like working at Dentons. To work at the worlds largest Law Firm, and be amongst so many like minded individuals as myself, gave me an ample opportunity to really understand who Dentons are and what they stand for.
The Insight Day helped me to understand the type of culture that Dentons has to offer. I found that, their non-hierarchal culture really appeals to me.
Everything Else
There was ample opportunities to meet members of the firm throughout the day, we were encouraged to ask as many questions as we like throughout the day.
Yes, one of the reasons why I wanted to attend the Insight Day at Dentons was to discover more about their Pro-Bono initiatives, as this is something that is really important to me. The firm regards diversity and inclusion very highly, this in itself aligns to what I’m looking for in a firm.
I would definitely recommend this Insight Day to a friend. I feel like I came back from the Insight Day with a greater understanding of Dentons, it’s culture and values, the type of work that is performed and the importance of team-work at the firm.
