The Role
Comfortable working environment mixed with involvement in real impactful projects for the company. Students fell valued as part of the team and get the chance to build key professional skills during the year they spend there.
There is a key sense of being equal to all colleagues when working at NATS, even as a placement student.
Line manager and other senior colleagues were always available for support and work feedback during all projects worked on
Fairly busy, there was always a balanced workload for placement students.
High levels of responsibility associated with all projects taken on during the 12 months.
The skills gained will no doubt prepare me to complete my studies and for a graduate career.
The Company
Very positive and supportive overall. Lack of high pressure even at difficult moments in work.
After starting rotations work flowed in and was valuable for my development.
The company gave me many well recieved chances to develop myself and gain extra qualifications
