  • I felt I got adequate guidance- working virtually was difficult at some points as there wasn’t much I could do about WiFi connection, and neither could those who led the program

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • Not very much- we did a lot of listening and not much realistic deal advisory work. We did get an insight into what employees do day to day at the firm

    3/5

  • 9. How much did the insight help you in understanding the company culture?
  • As it was focussed on women in deal advisory, I could tell that KPMG are trying to be as inclusive as possible and thus are trying to be a diverse culture.
