The Role
Enterprise was a very good opportunity for people starting out their careers as they provide a lot of guidance and a lot of tools that help you develop yourself. Additionally, I really liked the culture as it was very inclusive and enterprise truly rewards you regardless of your background which is very praise worthy.
The culture as enterprise meant even the senior management are very keen in your development and I have closely worked with the area manager on multiple occasison as well as the branch managers on a daily basis. Goes to show the inclusive and supportive costlier of the company.
I have worked in three different teams in my team there and althoigh it’s a very friendly and nice culture there’s always a healthy amount of completion and the teams complete against each other on a monthly basis and try to pull each other up. One team one dream has been a phrase that’s been used quite frequently and they put that in practice too.
I was very busy and someotimes I’d have a long days but working with people that you love and helps you grow makes the whole process a lot better.
I was given a lot of responsibility from the beginning and I’ll be honest I have struggled with it initially. However I was also given a lot of support, guidance, coaching to help me get my things in order and team will constantly supervise and check in which was nice.
I believe my interpersonal skills have grown a lot since then as you are give a lot of responsibly and you need to be able to handle that. I have also learnt a lot of technical side of the business, however My own personal growth and development has been paramount.
The Company
The atmosphere has always been warm with loads of food and wallets friendly. You might have a difficult client but then coming inside the office, everyone would constantly pick that up and follow up on. This really goes to those the inclusive and supportive structure.
It was very structured from the beginning however it was ended abruptly which was my only disappointment. It was all of a sudden and I feel like the business could have had a better approach.
As mentioned before form the very beginning I was given a lot of responsibilities and trusted with a lot of resources which was very helpful and make you feel valued and as if the company is acctually interested your own training and development.

It has been in the middle and I have been on the fence as with Covid and my employment being ended abruptly. However I have been in touch with the HR team and I hear reassuring news. However I am still waiting for the offer in ink but given the chance, I’d like to go back to the company as I do see myself there for the long term as the overall culture is very enticing.
The Culture
It is a very good place to start your career and you’d learn a lot and acctually get a lot of help and training form the team. I was very lucky to be able to work with some of the the senior management. We had a lot of paid days out and the top performers always gets rewarded with something called elite where they basically pick the top 2% performers and they get a paid day out, sort of like a paid vacation which gives you a good incentive to perform better.
I was lucky to be able to work in a area not to far from my house so living costs weren’t effected. However food and other costs were particularly high however a lot of it was subsided by the company so it’s not a big issue.
I was in London so it was good.
I became very closed friends with some of the guys with whom I’m still friends with and therefore we frequently went out after work. I think the credit goes to the inclusive and amazing People that enterprise hires.
