Very eye opening and a great opportunity.
The leaders were always interested in everyone’s opinions and listened everything everyone had to say.
Lots of guidance was provided.
Helped me decided what I want to do in the future and the most appropriate path I should take.
The Company
Very well structured, even had breaks in between.
Everyone shared their opinions and was lots of discussion going on.
Was only for 1 day but was given lots of information about the different jobs and what they entail.
The leaders explained in full detail about their job roles and the advantages.
Gave a full description of all Santander’s behaviours.
Really useful in helping me decide what I want to do in the future.

Not that many opportunities because it was virtual.
