Still in education Review

I enjoyed this virtual work experience as I was able to have an insight into the life of a worker at Santander. This experience gave me more confidence to take on a career in the banking and Finance industry. I am glad that I was one of the few fortunate students to be able to take part and meet professionals that were able to guide me into the right path for my future. I would be so happy to repeat this process again as I enjoyed it so much.

During my time at Santander virtual experience I felt like I was part of a big family were they look after people, help and guide each other. This was because we were able to have fun and we got to know each other. During question time the professional leads would address me by my name making me feel less like a stranger and more like someone that they have known for a long time. This was very amazing as it gave me the courage to speak out.

During this virtual experience at Santander I believe I had experienced fantastic amount of guidance and support. This is because they asked me loads of question to be able to understand what I have planned for the future and based on the information I gave them they were able to support my ideas and guide me through the best course to take after secondary school for A-levels. This helped me a lot as I now have a clear visual for my future.

To a very high extent the skills I have developed and the information I have received are very much likely to assist me through and beyond education. Santander were very helpful with the fact that they walked me through opportunities at the company which I would be able to apply for to pursue my career path opposition. I was also able to develop my team work and manual skills during activities that they provided which was really great.

Santander virtual was a very well structured day. They strictly followed the timetable, starting with an introduce in the morning and later a short what do you know quiz. Then after that we took a little break. After our first break we walked through some challenges and advice. then we had our next break, during this break we had to think about and design our own bank. As soon as we came back we all shared our ideas then the professionals gave us a talk on how to create the best CV and all the available opportunities at Santander.

During Santander virtual experience I had the best time ever as the general atmosphere was filled with kindness and fun. No one was ever disrespectful and the fun never stopped. We were all able to make a cooperate day into a fun easy day. We had lots of bonding time and lots of jokes to share with each other. The whole experience was just like happy family gathering. We even had nicknames for each other to help us feel more comfortable.

During this personal training and development experience with Santander they very much invested as much as they could into me. This includes advice, guidance, opportunities and friendly talks. The investment helped me more to understand the love and care I would receive if i decide to pursue my future with Santander. They were very much a help source as this virtual experience gave me a clear view into what my future could potentially look like.

Santander virtual experience significantly created a big impact into what my role could be having a full time job at Santander. This is because the professionals were able to tell me what I would expect while working there, opportunities I could be offered while working there and the average pay rates. While they explained and informed me with information it gave me the feeling that I was working with Santander and the privilege of the job.

When I was on Santander virtual experience they helped me to a alright extent to understand the different culture with the company. We were able to see the diverse leadership team but we were not able to talk to each one individually as they might have not been available at the time. Besides that I was still able to under the culture which was very much pleasing and helpful to me and I love to be in a environment full of culture and diversity.

The content during Santander virtual experience was very much incredible as it was able to open up a very clear vision for my future career path. This was a very valuable experience that I could never forgot as it is were I was able to understand that I am choosing the right path for me to follow. If it wasn't for this opportunity I do not think I would have been able to clearly have a decision.

This was a non paid or reimbursed expenses experience as it was only a one day virtual insight experience day. However, Santander do offer a 1 week placement we rewards and a 4 week summer placement with pay. this also leads up to being offered a place to work with Santander which is very much an amazing reward. This opportunity is available to the ages 15 - 18. I am very much excited to be able to apply and take part in these opportunities.

At Santander they have plenty of opportunities to network and meet other employees of the company. I love the this as it gives me the chance to ask any questions that I was not able to ask and it also helps me to be able to be sent other experience within other companies.

The networking and social event at Santander are perfect as they involve me to be participial and to connect with others who are looking to follow the same career path as me in the future.

At Santander there were lot of opportunities that I was able to find outside of school that would benefit my opposite in the banking and Fiance industry.

I would very much absolutely recommend this virtual experience to my friend as I believe since Santander were able to help me make a decision then they should probably also be able to help my friend make a decision too.
