Overview
Every day we logged onto a zoom call and heard from up to 4 speakers. Going through topics from engagement to practical conservation to careers advice. We also partook in workshops with other interns.
Skills
I've gained more knowledge on the industry and developed further communication skills.
Responsibilities
Due to the placement being online there was less of this that could be offered. We were given the opportunity to take initiative over our own careers path.
Support & Guidance
Many of the industry speakers gave advice and provided support as well as permission to contact them personally for further guidance.
Culture
Everyone was extremely friendly and there was an atmosphere of banding together to achieve everyone's goals.

It was highly enjoyable to be in contact with so many like-minded people and gave me extra motivation for the future.
