The responsibility you are given in this role is fantastic. As long as you are working to deliver your work and complete your tasks on time, you are given a lot of additional projects to work on, for example promotional campaigns, or account-specific activations. A lot of the work you do will be assisting the team with their accounts too, making sure everything is set up correctly across the board.
Support & Guidance
Both the Digital Sales team and the wider WarnerMedia team were unbelievably supportive when onboarding. The training is thorough and no question is a silly one - I felt immediately comfortable in the company and it meant that asking for help was greatly encouraged, so when needing guidance on anything everyone is very happy to help.
Culture
Across the board, the WarnerMedia culture is a hard working one, yet everyone seems to absolutely love what they are doing. The nature of the industry provides fresh new content, so the excitement of the staff matches that of the consumer. Working in such a large scale company also exposes you to the many functions that contribute to the end result and the best of film and TV - each teams work is just amazing.
