  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

    • The programme is structured over the 3 days like this: - day one you get to learn from and speak with members of organisations. The activities are mostly focused on building a solid understanding of what the companies values and objectives are. - day 2 is assessment day - day 3 you have the chance to receive feedback on your performance in the assessment and ask further self development question to members of the team.

    • It was challenging since the organisation is very complex and there are a lot of areas covered within it. The members of the team were very good at explaining and breaking it down so that we could understand it.

    • Great it was very welcoming, engaging and most importantly it gave us guidance on how to handle hurdles we might face in the future.
