Overview
The programme was very insightful and it was refreshing to see employees and fellow students who look like me. The first day involved understanding more about the assessment centre and how to prepare, with employees providing useful tips. The day also had a section where questions could be asked to graduates and employees. The second day was the assessment centre which ran smoothly. Final day we looked at feedback and had development sessions.
