  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

    • Supporting different teams, tasks ranging from security related to checking on content. Documenting processes and updating spreadsheets as well as attending meetings.

    • A lot more comfortable with Excel spreadsheets and gained a good amount of security knowledge as well as server related OS knowledge.

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

    • Involvement in major projects with day to day tasks that can feel tedious but come with a lot of responsibility. Exposure to the behind the scenes of media giant that WarnerMedia is. In contact with different teams at all times which allows even more exposure.

    • Charity and volunteering opportunities available. Due to the pandemic a lot of social sessions and events were moved on Zoom. Lovely people and atmosphere.

    • Lots of hands on experience and independent work. A lot of help and support was available making it very informative. Would love to go back!

    • Be yourself and make sure to do your research! Be ready to learn a lot of new things. What inspired me to join was my love for the company's content, so some sort of interest in what the company does always a plus!
