Overview
Everyday we listened to speakers who work in various different parts of the conservation sector. They gave a descriptions of their jobs day to day and advice on how to break into the sector ourselves. Many of the talks involved small group discussions and Q&A's as well. We also worked on our group projects throughout the week

How to work as a team and communicate effectively virtually.

It was very informative and gave me a lot of ideas of what I need to do now to kick start my career.
Culture
Amazing. The leaders of the course were so friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The whole thing felt very inclusive and like we all had a right to be there.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It opened my eyes to all the various different job prospects in the sector and was very interesting to hear from leaders in their field.
