The Role
The Leadership Academy was great fun and did exactly what it said in teaching us about leadership skills in ourselves and other people. It was a great experience.
We were given great feedback and were even able to watch videos of our group exercises afterwards which was fascinating.
Very busy but as it's only 4 days we can all cope.
Very useful to be able to talk about your strengths, see what other people see in you and learn how everyone can add to a team. It made everyone more aware about eachothers characteristics.
The Company
Great with incredibly interesting people from all backgrounds. The facilitators were also great fun drinking or singing with us in the evenings.
Very efficient with non stop activities.
EY spent a lot of money on external consultants to ensure we learnt as much as possible
EY didn't have to advertise about the benefits of working with them as they were implied by the effort ad time they spent on us.
The Culture
Brilliant with loads of alcohol and nights like Karaoke or dinner with partners
I didn't have to spend a penny
