Business Insight
Really interesting and exciting. It was very interactive and you were able to ask the employees questions to help you gain a greater understanding.
Culture
The employees were very friendly and were happy to offer support after the programme had finished. It was interesting to hear about J.P. Morgan’s culture in terms of their sustainability and philanthropic goals, as well as their core values
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed it. I met really nice employees and attendees, who I hope to keep in touch with. For a virtual programme, it was really engaging and covered pretty much everything I could’ve asked for
Yes
Make sure you have a very good CV, tailored to meet the values and experiences they are looking for. I didn’t have to do an interview, but if you do, the firm seemed to value personality, so try to be yourself!
