Overview
On day one we had presentations from employees at J.P. Morgan who talked about the culture of the firm as well as the Investment Banking division. We learned in more detail what exactly their role entailed. We then had the opportunity to network with analysts and associates at the bank. On day two we had a group discussion based on material that we were given the day before and networked with senior bankers.
Skills
I have developed my social skills due to the many opportunities given to network with not only the employees but with the participants as well.
Business Insight
Learning about the division in such detail was very informative and it helped my understand which specific team I would like to be a part of in my future career.
Culture
The general atmosphere was very friendly and you felt relaxed even if the situation seemed nerve-wracking. The company culture seemed to be mainly about teamwork and knowing you are not alone at any stage of your career and in the work you do.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed the insight event over the two days. It far exceeded my expectations and I would do it all over again if I could. Highly recommended.

Make your CV stand out not in terms of format - keep that plain, simple and easy to read - but in terms of the experiences that you have to offer. Even if you feel that it is not relevant try and extract the relevant skills to the role you are applying for.
