Overview
On a day- to-day basis we were given the experience to talk to analyst, associates and seniors to have an insight on their daily life. We also attended lots of interesting talks about the different sectors available in the markets industry.
Skills
I have learnt lots of communication skills during this programme, and also how good being curious is, as it was something that was highly emphasised during the 2 days. Moreover, I have developed some researching skills and gained a further understanding of how markets work and skills needed to be a good trader.
Business Insight
It was quite fascinating to see how many potential roles were available in the sector. Each person had a really interesting story behind their role and choice. It was really satisfying to see how they could simplify a really complex business so we would all understand how it worked.
Culture
It could be seen that the company gave a lot of importance to its values and to culture. The general atmosphere was really pleasant and really good vibes were given off.

I really enjoyed the insight as I think it was very well-rounded, there was a bit of everything which is always a really good thing as you could get a taster of everything
