Responsibilities
Yes, I was surprised how much repsonsibility I was given. It was good to have own little projects and tasks. I've looked at a few optimisation concepts in detail.
Support & Guidance
Former interns introduced me to the position and from then on all team members were very helpful and supporting.
Culture
It's still very hierarchically structured, but the people are very motivated which leads to a great working atmosphere.
Your Impressions
I really enjoed my internship as I was positively surprised of the working atmosphere, the team work and the company culture. I was great being a part of the BMW Group and get a proper insight in how such big companys work. I would definitely go back as my expectations were exceeded.
