Overview
During my insight, I had the opportunity to follow each day to videoconferences technology-oriented and actively participate in some challenges. The program lasted to full days and it was a virtual program. In total, by the end of the second day, we had to give back 3 coding challenges.
Skills
Yes, I learnt to use different coding platforms, and I started understanding other programming languages on which before I didn't have the opportunity to work much.
Business Insight
It was great, I could see that I would enjoy a lot working in this field even if, I am still convinced I would love combine it with financial-oriented tasks.
Culture
The company culture was very open, I found that the general atmosphere was friendly.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed it since it has been a while that I didn't program and working with JPM was fantastic, I could learn a lot in just two days. However, I found there were few opportunities for networking.
Yes
I would tell them to be prepared to work on different languages, mostly on Java. Be themselves and ask questions during the videoconferences, take some notes, because these kind of moments never come back !
