Overview
It was a 3-day virtual insight programme. This involved, departmental overviews, a group exercise resulting in a presentation to key members of staff, and Q&A sessions with directors and other staff members.
Skills
I have definitely been able to brush up on my public speaking skills, as well as getting used to using Zoom and having the confidence to ask questions on Zoom. Furthermore, my knowledge of the property industry has largely increased.
Business Insight
I found it extremely interesting. This insight programme has further solidified the fact that I would like to go into the property industry. It has also enabled me to decipher which areas I would like to further research and pursue and which areas aren’t necessarily for me.
Culture
The company culture seems to be very inclusive and fun. Everyone seems to get along well and enjoy their job. It also came across that was a considerable amount of support available for employees which I believe further created an excellent working environment.
Your Impressions
I very much enjoy it and am very grateful to have been selected to take part in this opportunity.
Yes
