Overview
Presentations from a range of departments in Savills in the morning as well as Q and A sessions with graduates and directors. Most of the afternoon based around creating a group presentation for the end of the programme.
Skills
Networking skills and asking specific questions to specialist in their fields. Group skills when creating the presentation, working with people I didn't previously know. Going through an application process.
Business Insight
It was very interesting to learn about the potential opportunities available to me upon graduation. I learnt about how my degree can help me achieve my job goals and how best i can use my skills for my future career.
Culture
Everyone was extremely welcoming and really appreciated their own company culture emphasising the family atmosphere and flat structure of the company. Emphasising how the whole experience of working for the company very inclusive.
