Overview
Daily talks with Savills employees, networking experiences, learning about how Savills is run in different sectors of the business. Also APC learning.

Further understanding of the industry, and an insight into areas of the company that interest me.
Business Insight
Been very eye opening into how many different sectors there are. Also has shown me and helped me further understand what interests me the most in the real estate industry.
Culture
This has been a main focal point that all employees and presenters have mentioned. Which is important as it shows that they want to create an environment that helps all fit in and grow.
Your Impressions
I found it very enjoyable and a good opportunity to meet new people, however it was unfortunate it couldn't be face to face, I feel it was put on to the best it was able to in the current situation. I feel maybe in the future, more breakout rooms could help.

Take notes, make the most of speaking to other insight students. Speak to the grauduates that are taking part. Collect emails from all speakers.
