Overview
Each day involved departmental talks with the chance for asking questions in a Q and A. There was also a chance to ask current graduates and departmental directors questions. At the end of each day we had two hours to work in a group with other insight students which was presented on the final day.
Skills
I have grown on my collaboration, presentation and team working skills from the group projects.
Business Insight
It has been a very informative programme and I now have a clear understanding of savills as a business. I would most certainly apply for the graduate scheme as the business has radiated a positive and welcoming energy.
Culture
It seemed very relaxed and had a positive view towards diversity, inclusion and well being of its staff. The open plan system of the London office depicts a sense of equality and inclusiveness of the company.
Your Impressions
To a large extent I enjoyed the experience especially due to active involvement.
