Overview
The Insight Week involved workshop, trainee q&a panels, introduction to employee networks, trainee spotlight sessions and other masterclasses.
Skills
I was able to learn more about application and interview skills through a workshop, organised by graduate recruitment and thus learnt and developed my communicative and collaborative skills.
Business Insight
Excellent and informative sessions were provided about next steps stemming from the insight week and we were able to learn more about pro bono projects as well as more about what the firm provides, in terms of its services and its values.
Culture
Really fun! We had some music playing and everyone was extremely friendly so it was an extremely comfortable, social and fulfilling experience of DLA Piper's culture.
Your Impressions
A great extent - I felt comfortable straight away and learning more about the firm (with some jokes from the panelists) made everything fulfilling! Further, learning about the firm, its services, values and culture really made everything enjoyable so I would highly recommend the insight week!

Be yourself and original - DLA Piper is really inclusive and a unique firm so don't be afraid to be yourself!
