Overview
The three days consisted of virtual events ranging from talks to Q&As to application advice sessions. The day would be split up in sessions of around 1-1,5 hours with breaks in between.
Skills
I have a greater understanding of how the firm works and how it differentiates itself from others. Additionally, we were required to practice trainee activities by getting hands-on experience on Forage.
Business Insight
The were explanations about transitioning from the Insight Programme to the Summer Internship to the Training Contract and into qualification (including information on the new SQE)
Culture
Very inclusive and open. Authentic communication was encouraged, with extra encouragement to display your true personality

Try to think about what that firm is directing their interest towards in the field of law and how they create a niche for themselves to stand out amongst competitors. If you can speak to that in your application, recruiters will pick up on that
