Overview
A multitude of Q&As with lawyers and members of the Graduate Recruitment team with a focus on the day to day life and experiences of trainee lawyers in the firm and their pathway to where they are now.
Skills
One key skill I have picked up from the scheme is the importance of having a good understanding of commercial awareness and knowledge of the commercial and business world. Furthermore, my communication skills and confidence have developed through the live Q&As.
Business Insight
It was fascinating to hear the many opportunities the firm has to offer locally and internationally and how the firm is enriched in pro bono work and networks for staff which compliment their ethos and values.
Culture

The wide range of networks also displayed honour to diversity initiatives.
