Business Insight
DLA's Graduate Recruitment & Development Team's staff are outstanding and by far the friendliest I have encountered in a legal and non-legal setting. The inclusive feeling allowed people to approach DLA's staff more easily, who in return were very clear and direct about the roles available and their expectations.
Culture
The company culture was beyond remarkable. DLA is by far the most international, open-minded and welcoming law firm I have come accross so far. The culture is firmly hinged upon the firm's international and inclusive outlook. Unlike most firms which only talk about their diversity, DLA puts pen to paper and their diverse outlook can be easily seen from their executive level down to the bottom of their corporate ladder.
Your Impressions
I felt very motivated and inspired because of the positive energy that was radiated towards us by DLA's staff.
