Overview
I learnt more about J.P Morgan as well as refined my skills in C++, Python and SQL. I also understand the work within the technology division through webinars.
Skills
During this week I had the chance to chat directly with a number of J.P. Morgan colleagues as well as did some coding challenges/Tasks relating to SQL, Various data structure The various workshops held relating to Software Engineering Techniques as well as best practices to Code for Good to Cybersecurity was no doubt thrilling and challenging yet fun and gave a wonderful insight into the work JPMorgan Chase & Co. does.
Business Insight
It was pretty great to actually learn more about the company and know more about the wonderful work that they do. The AI/ML roles at the company seem pretty fascinating to me and If I were to ever work here I would definitely look into those roles
Culture
The company culture is pretty laid back yet competitive as well as encouraging and welcoming.
