Insight week Customer Support Service Review

The days were split into different activities. We had the opportunity to participate to diverse activities such as workshops, innovation activity, a simulation, presentation of the company. We met diverse people of the company and of the department that present us their jobs and the culture of the company and the company in general.

Yes, I have developed different skills: -teamwork : we had an escape room in teams and as well a presentation in team for the last day of the week which help us improve our skills in team working. -communication : we had the chance to have training about the customer support service, how to deal with clients and a workshop about business etiquette and managing conflicts.

It was very inspiring. My will to work in the company was already high and the insight week just confirmed at 100% this wish. It was super interesting as well because you get to know more about the main goals of the job and how you can evolve in the company and build your career. The company really encourages its employees to be interested into diverse activities.

Very open-minded. The company claims that its values are diversity and inclusion and most of the time companies just claim it to attract employees but don't act it. Bloomberg is different and really encourages the diversity and the inclusion within its teams. Moreover the company is very open-minded and it's a very friendly environment to evolve in.

I really appreciate because i had the chance to know better the position and the department that i'm interested in.

Don't undervalue yourself and don't think they would never recruit you. They really care about their employees and they have a great human aspects. Human relations are really at the center of the company that knows that it should value its employees and give them the best. People are really nice to each other and there's no competition that could tarnish the atmosphere.
