Overview
I really enjoyed the event, it was held over 3 days and there were only 8 of us participating, meaning that it was very engaging and collaborative. It was a mix of tutorial sessions, panel talks where we got to ask questions, and activities where we got the chance to demonstrate the skills that we had learnt.
Skills
How to handle angry clients, how to turn negative phrasing into positive phrasing, how to manage customer expectations when on a client call, how to collaborate with colleagues.
Business Insight
The organisers were very helpful in aiding our understanding of the industry, as well as the different sectors within the industry. They were always willing to answer our questions.
Culture
Very friendly, collaborative environment. Company taking active measures to ensure that their employees are satisfied with their roles and achieve good chemistry amongst each other.
