Overview
It was a four day insight week which includes talks from employees of the firm. They talked to us about the firm and it’s culture as well talking about investment banking division and the products and sectors that it offers. We had three assessments across the four days.
Skills
Developed ability to network with professional, presentation skills, researching skills and team work skills
Business Insight
It was very insightful and showed me that Jefferies is a fantastic place where I would love to come back as a summer intern and an analyst.
Culture
The culture is very warm and friendly. From analysts to MDs, all employees were open to talking and scheduling meetings in their free time.
