Overview
We learned about the various sectors, heard about several deals conducted by the firm. We also had to work on a group project and group exercise.
Skills
I strengthened my teamwork snd leadership skills by working on group exercises and projects. This insight also allowed me to learn about how to present my arguments better and I was pushed out of my comfort zone by pushing myself to ask questions.
Business Insight
There was a large array of information available from understanding about the various sector/ product teams and also about the roles within the firm such as the summer internship opportunity.
Culture
It was incredibly friendly- everyone was very happy to schedule a coffee chat with me outside of the spring week.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed my time on the insight program- the speakers were very insightful and the program ran smoothly despite the covid environment. I truly learned so much!
