Overview
Developing an understanding of different departments within the investment bank though hearing from juniors and seniors within the company, collaborated with peers to create a presentation, coffee chats with employees, listened to case studies and more
Skills
Learned about the culture at Jefferies, the different departments of investment banks, how to read the Financial Times, learned more about financial terms, and developed a curiosity to ask questions and more

Very insightful and helpful in gaining an understanding about both Jefferies and investment banking as a whole, made me very keen to work at Jefferies in the future

Very positive, everyone was eager to help Jefferies and their teams progress and everyone was focused on helping clients which is critical
