Overview
The week consisted of many sessions with different members of the various teams within Investment Banking. There was also a group exercise and a group project presentation which were assessed, as well as an interview for the summer internship programme on the last day.
Skills
I have developed my skill of working in a team, as well as networking with people and asking insightful questions.
Business Insight
Very interesting and helped me realise whether I want to pursue a career in Investment Banking
Culture
Everyone in the company was so kind and willing to schedule one-on-one calls to chat and answer any questions I had. The entrepreneurial spirit of the company really came across, as well as the flat structure meaning that interaction with senior managers is frequent.

It was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend everyone interested in Investment Banking to apply to this programme.
