Overview
4 day insight week held virtually due to COVID-19 with a range of group projects, case studies and interactive coffee chats.
Skills
Greater understanding of the industry and the role of an Analyst to Managing director and deals executed by the firm.
Business Insight
It was not only interesting in nature but made thoroughly engaging by all I spoke with at the firm.
Culture
Everyone knows everyone else and theres a real emphasis on providing a platform where everyone can excel from the most junior staff to the C-suite, culturally this is the best in the industry from what I've seen so far.
Your Impressions
In all honesty it was exhausting as I worked really hard, but that was only because I was putting in the effort to impress the employees at the firm so I am invited back. I felt very motivated to pursue a career at Jefferies which says it all really.
