Work shadowing, projects, discussions, presentations, interviews, assesments, group exercises, insight sessions, coffee chats
Skills
Learnt lots more technical elements of the job as a well as a lot more insight into the work and Jefferies as a firm
Business Insight
We were rotated around various desks and spoke to many roles, so received a really great overview of all the possibilities in our selected business areas and others too.
Culture
I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better company culture and general atmosphere elsewhere in any industry, never mind on the Street.

Brilliant and well organised program, extremely useful and nice way to spend a week, even in the virtual format due to covid
