Overview
Attending various sessions on different parts of the bank such as debt, equity and global advisory and wealth management. Giving a presentation on a potential M&A deal between two companies Opportunities to meet other women interested in banking in addition to current bankers at Rothschild.
Skills
I learnt a lot more about how the industry works and how the jobs differ and basic financial equations. I improved my networking skills and met lots of like-minded women interested in finance.
Business Insight
I found the insight programme very helpful coming from a different background and having little past experience in the industry.
Culture
Everyone was really lovely and helpful and very willing to answer questions especially the HR team who organised the programme.
