Overview
There was a thorough daily plan which was really great for the structure of the day. It gave enough times for breaks and still tried to make it interactive.
Skills
I have definitely learnt new skills during this program, including: - communication - confidence in conversing via an online platform. - networking, we haven’t had many opportunities to do this yet this year. - negotiation, I found the ADR task really interesting.
Business Insight
I found the trainee networking and group networking really insightful, allowing me to crystallise areas that interested me the most.
Culture
Everyone that spoke to us referenced the culture and people as being one of the reasons they have stayed for so long. This is very reassuring and seemed very authentic.
