    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

    • The two days consisted of a series of engaging talks from partners and associates from key practice areas of the firm including Disputes, and Corporate. We heard from graduate recruitment how to create a competitive application to HSF. I also got the opportunity to collaborate with fellow attendees by working on behalf of a fictional client in an Alternative Dispute Resolution task.

    Culture

  • 4. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

    • Very friendly and forward-facing. Trainees sounded like they were very much supported by the firm - especially during Covid times. There is an evidential drive to constantly improve diversity and inclusion at the firm.
