Overview
We were given presentations on the services Rothschild & Co offers within Global Advisory, Equity and Debt Advisory and Wealth Management by employees. We also gained further insight into Rothschild & Co’s culture and the firm itself. Additionally, we were given a group project to work on and had time to work on the project in our schedule. We gave our presentations and received group feedback. Lastly, we participated in a group social.
Skills
I developed my presentation skills, communication skills and teamwork skills.
Business Insight
It was very clear and concise. The presentations given were very detailed and easy to understand. Overall, they were very interesting and I thoroughly enjoyed participating in them.
Culture
The company culture was evident through the presentations and employees I met virtually. It seems very inclusive, diverse, client focused and supportive. The general atmosphere was positive and would be one that I would want to work in.
