    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

    • I sat in 2 seat which were Employment and Energy. My supervisors gave me tasks to complete throughout the day. I also had 3 daily meetings with my supervisors and trainee buddy. During these meetings, I asked a couple of questions about the firm. I also completed a group assesment on the final day of the scheme.

    • The culture was extremely non-hierarchical and open. I felt like I could ask questions openly and everyone was very approachable.
