Overview
It was a 3 day programme, and everyday was action packed from 9am-5pm. We had interactive sessions for each of the asset classes (equities, multi asset, and fixed income) which was really enjoyable, as well as networking sessions, and learnt about Fidelity's culture.
Skills
I have learnt several skills including how to evaluate bonds, companies, and create a stable portfolio. I have also developed my commercial awareness.
Business Insight
It was really insightful - we had a session on the graduate scheme, telling us how to apply and the different roles available.
Culture
It was a really fun, engaging, welcoming atmosphere with all employees eager to talk to us and answering all questions.
