Overview
3 days on Zoom, ranging from learning about the firm culture, to their charitable initiatives, to interview and application tips from graduates and other members of recruitment staff. Daily group presentations within teams of 7 on fixed income, equity, and multi-asset portfolios.
Skills
I have definitely developed my skills in teamwork, since I completed 3 presentations alongside a team of 6 other students whom I had never met before.
Business Insight
Extremely insightful, I am now fully equipped for Summer Internship applications next year.
Culture
Company culture is great, privately owned company allows for a very friendly family-like work environment, where those at the top have active engagement with graduates new to the firm.
