Overview
We received presentations on different business areas, a different area each day (Equity research, Multi Asset, Fixed Income) and were then put into groups to create a group presentation on that subject which was viewed by a member of the business. We also learned about other initiatives at Fidelity regarding corporate social responsibility, mental health and wellbeing, presentation skills and application tips.
Skills
I have developed my presentation skills by contributing to group presentations every day. I have also improved my virtual communication skills.
Business Insight
The roles available were easily understood as members of each business area explained they role in the business.
Culture
It seems very friendly and welcoming overall, especially compared to other finance firms.
