    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

    • You will attend a variety of interactive webinars (on topics such as diversity and inclusion or the firm-specific training contract). You will also attend socials with the firm to gain a sense of culture. Finally, you will spend time across several practice groups where you will be given work that tries to replicate the type of tasks Dentons' lawyers would do on a regular basis.

    • I was able to develop my understanding of how lawyers research legal topics related to law outside of their initial jurisdiction (i.e. an English lawyer researching Belgium law).

    Culture

  • 4. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

    • The company culture was incredibly good. There appeared to be a very open door, non-hierarchical structure which made me and others feel more relaxed. Staff at all levels were supportive and I could see it as a nice working environment to be involved in.
