Overview
The insight gave detailed information about the service lines offered by EY and gave opportunity to speak with partners, associate partners, employees and graduates. There were also talks about EY's diversity and inclusion policy, as well as general skills sessions and talks from black individuals about their experiences in life and the world of work.
Skills
I learned about the skills necessary to succeed within any of the service lines in EY, and the skills and strengths they value.
Business Insight
It helped me come to a better understanding of which business area I would like to go into, through the detailed descriptions and testimonies from guest speakers and panelists that worked in said business areas.
Culture
It was a virtual insight but the details they gave about the culture were very positive and suggested they value diversity and inclusion highly

To a great extent - it ended with a virtual celebration with all members of Discover EY and we played an escape game in groups of three, which was challenging and fun
