Overview
2 day programme consisting of a series of talks and panels from EY employees about life at the company and a couple short group sessions as well.
Skills
Yes - I've developed many skills that will help me in any future recruitment process such as how to present myself, what employers are looking for etc
Business Insight
Very insightful , feel like I know more about what corporate life entails after this programme
Culture
Very welcoming, all the employees had a multitude of good things to say about EY and its people/culture. The employees themselves were also very nice and accommodating
Your Impressions
Enjoyed it a lot , did feel like it was a lot of just listening to a lot of talks though. Not very engaging at times but that might just be due to the virtual format of the insight which cannot be helped
