The Role
It was fantastic, great learning curve!
As it was an insight there was not much we could do to get involved in real life work, however, we felt very valued by the FSA team for wanting to work there.
The FSA workers gave unrivaled support, giving tips to us on how to make sure we get an internship! They were amazing people.
Very busy schedule of case studies, presentations and and networking.
The opportunity to work shadow was excellent but as it was a 3 day event, there was not really any way to be given actual responsibility. However, being able to present to senior management was excellent and a way to show the FSA gave us responsibly.
There was a presentation dedicated to developing employability skills!
The Company
The fun really never stopped. Great ambiance where FSA graduates were so committed to helping us!
Great organisation, everything ran on time and as smoothly.
Great deal of investment, senior management gave up their valuable time to speak to us.
Company Parties/Events
Very good, as when they decide to divide to the FCA and PRA there will be many new jobs for talented students, like me.
The Culture
I was told by interns that they socialise after work and go running at lunch.
Very expencive but the FSA paid for an excellent hotel. I shared a room with someone, who is now one of my best friends.
Brilliant. London has a vibrant restaurant communist and nightlife.
Endless opportunities, After the working day had finished we could do as we pleased and get involved in activities outside work.
