    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
  • Meeting top professionals in the field and learning about what they do in their day to day life. I was inspired by many of the speakers invited and impressed at the live demos been given. I learned about how inclusivity is important to the company culture and that everyone is accepted at EY. This was amazing and comforting to hear. I also was invited for a celebration day which was very fun and interactive as I got to play a fun game with a new team of friends.

    Skills

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have developed confidence in my abilities and learned that I should do what I enjoy. I also learned to communicate and interact with others during the day and also enjoyed many team-building exercises. I also learned about opportunities to build my personal brand. This was essential, learning how to market yourself to others. This was a huge skill I took away from the speaker who delivered this segment. I found it very inspiring and enjoyable.
