Overview
Different days had different event/ programmes. The first week was more focused on training, learning about valuation, accounting etc. Also had various event with seniors in the firm giving their advice, while also gaining an overview of the different sections within investment banking.
Skills
Yes, developed accounting skills, learnt more about valuation, DCF etc. Learnt about networking, working in a team, and undertook real life cases.
Business Insight
If you networked, you would definitely learn a lot more, which is really useful. Also, had an overview of the different sections of the firm and the different positions available.
Culture
Positive, Friendly, Collaborative, Helpful. Everyone is genuinely nice, and they really take the time to speak to you and help as much as they can.
